It is never too late to run

Waiting to run in this free world today. Morning is not same as it's used to be, want to run and catch the dreams that I have carefully wrapped in dark nights. Those dark nights which we all face, those nasty nights stop us from believing in ourselves. But, we need those unpredictable winter shower to clear those dark nights and a new bright day to open the wrappers from our dream.

I'm not the same, echo my heart again and again. Love to be what I'm today. I'm thankful to all those dark nights that came my way. If I haven't seen those nights, I won't understand meaning of brightness. So, ladies and beautiful never stop believing in yourself. We all have it and can do, we don't need to be prepared, just do what you like to do, and love and nurture your dream as your baby. Its never too late and never too early, its right when you think. So, start believing in yourselves and unwrap those nights to find those dreams.

To my friend Avi, Love you sweetheart. It&…

Not again!!

A strong, confident woman CEO gives directions to her team, consisting mostly of man. After sometime CEO leaves for the day and after reaching home rather relaxing, she starts cooking a nice meal for her husband. Nothing wrong with that.... But then does a man do same when he comes home after a busy day. NA! Anyways, now the woman calls her husband to check when he is coming home and got a reply" I will be late", nothing new. She goes ahead and send him images of lovely delicacy which she had just prepared and guess what, who is her husband........ Yup, the same guy to whom she gave instructions in the office............

What are we showing and conveying in this commercial? It's an irony, we talk about 21st century, confident, progressive nation where a woman has an equal right and are liberated. I guess we need to realize the potential of a woman and stop portraying them as a pleaser. After seeing this Ad, I was wondering, "Am I am not doing the same thing" .…

Dusk to Dawn

It's been more than 2 years that I have not blogged. As I sat down blogging today I have butterflies fluttering in my stomach. Interesting isn't it! It's the same feeling which as a child, you might have experienced on the very first day of the school or before any of your exam or job interview. So the reason of my disappearance for this brief period is what "  Dusk to Dawn" is all about. A story which every young working mom can relate to.

Life can't be better and worth, without this experience which we call as "Motherhood". Though it looked like yesterday when I conceived and delivered a life. My son is going to be three soon, but everything looks so fresh as if he was born just yesterday. Life has changed and so do me. Daughter, wife and now mother, wearing all these hats once seems as if I'm a juggler in a circus. But with each commencing  day I have become more confident and efficient, and changing hats doesn't seem difficult. I change…

45 minutes

Mostly, we people learn from our experiences ,circumstances .But the very next day we forget about that and get busy in our own world.Last night those 45 minutes has taught me another aspect of life. And i am not surprised if in this fast moving world,i forget that learning. But before it vanishes from my mind ,i just wanna share this with you all .

I was busy filling my cart with veggies, juices, etc and suddenly there was darkness and silence in that crowed grocery store. As if the whole world has come to a pause.Everything has stopped,i finally left my cart as it is in the store,as the store person cannot check-out without electricity. So,I made my way to the parking and carefully drove my car through the dark roads, which were unusually silent on that Saturday night. And there was another surprise waiting for me at the door.As everything is electronic controlled i cannot open the front gate of my apartment. So,finally i have to park my car on the road and as i dont have candle at home,so…

Lets act rather than debate.........................

Whole nation was in siege for last 3 days and every Indian was a mumbaikar.Lets all fight together against this mayhem rather than debate; on who is wrong or who should be punished.Yes we are angry and shattered, but is this is enough. No we need to change it ,we just cannot blame and blame the government. We live in democratic nation and it is we the people who choose the government.

No matter who is in power BJP or UPA,terror attacks were always there. And it will continue to happen ,if we the citizens don't change it.How many of us has send there children in military or in politics. And the answer will be "why should we,as there is corruption or there are better options".This attitude is the result of all these terror. We are responsible and rather than playing the blame game,we should take constructive step in making a secure future .It is true that government just react momentarily and make several laws.Which is either opposed by opposition or dumped under files.Governmen…

“Outsourcing-Offshore” an illusion or reality for Unemployment in U.S.

US economy is going through the phase of recession and more- more jobs are now been outsourced. But, still today many of the US techies believed we Indians as the incompetent people, who are not capable enough to perform the Jobs which include strong management or technical skills. Recent survey had shown that, many of the US based technical writer’s thinks: they are the best writers as English is there first language and have questioned the potential of Indian writers. But the bottom line is, IS this true and if not, why we are the victim of outsourcing?

Off shoring is the only option which several US based companies see to do cost cutting and in turn to increase there productivity. Globally, we are blamed for the unemployment in US; we are treated as under dog; working on lower wages and in turn we are blamed on our capabilities/work.
